How Coaching Sessions Work
It’s simple. You book a session as you would a spa appointment and ‘show up’ by calling in from wherever you’re at (the office, traveling, home, etc).
Depending on the type of coaching package you choose, we’ll typically take a look at your life right now – what’s working and what’s not.
Wherever it’s not working, it’s usually something, either a principle you’re unaware of, an agenda that’s hidden from you, a held-back communication, or something you’re resisting – that’s holding that ‘not-working’ in place.
Over the course of the call, we’ll take a look at the mechanics of your situation and if you’re willing…have it resolved.
We’ll also be able to enhance, enrich and expand upon areas of your life that are already going well and support the good momentum.
The Beauty of Phone Sessions
The ease and convenience of phone sessions is unbeatable. You’ll never have to worry about traffic jams, crazy weather, parking tickets, getting to your next appointment on time or figuring out what to wear.
Do You Offer In-Person Sessions As Well?
Yes, just at a higher rate. Honestly, phone sessions are the most cost effective and convenient coaching approach. It allows me to work with people all over the world and stay connected to local clients during business travel. But I do understand that some people just prefer to meet in person.
